Freshman day, on August 31, is a way for all new freshmen to familiarize themselves with the RHS campus, classes, school pictures, and ID badges, and meet new friends. This is a students only event.

Schedule

7:00-7:45 a.m. - Students arrive in Courtyard
7:45-7:55 a.m. - Staff tunnel into Gym
8:00-8:25 a.m. - Welcome Assembly
8:35-8:45 a.m. - Meet and assemble in Link Crews
8:45-10:25 a.m. - Link Crew time (class schedules, get to know you, etc.)
10:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Meet your teachers
- Zero Hour (10:15-10:25 a.m.)
- Period 1 (10:30-10:40 a.m.)
- Period 2 (10:45-10:55 a.m.)
- Period 3 (11:00-11:10 a.m.)
- Period 4 (11:15-11:25 a.m.)
- Period 5 (11:30-11:40 a.m.)
- Period 6 (11:45-11:55 a.m.)
12:00-12:30 p.m. - Lunch available for purchase from Food Trucks
- Free and reduced-price lunch students eat for free in RHS Cafe
